Guidelines For Students & Parents

To ensure the holistic development of every student and smooth functioning of the school, we request parents to kindly follow these important guidelines:

Be Active Educators: Parents play a key role in nurturing discipline. Please instill in your child the importance of respecting and following school rules.

ID Card is Mandatory: Ensure your child wears their school ID card daily.

Check the School Diary: Go through your child’s diary regularly. Sign any notes or remarks made by the teacher.

Attend PTA Meetings: Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings to stay updated on your child’s academic and personal growth.

Follow the Timetable: Verify that your child carries only the necessary books as per the timetable.

Independent Learning: Encourage your child to do homework independently. Offer help only when needed.

Study Environment at Home: Create a quiet and well-lit study area at home. Prioritize homework in the daily routine.

Incomplete Homework: If homework is not completed, inform the class teacher with a valid reason.

Limit Screen Time: Promote reading or playing indoor/outdoor games instead of prolonged TV or mobile usage.

Drop-off and Pickup: Avoid entering the classrooms during arrival. Collect your child only from the designated school gate during dispersal.

Teacher Meetings: Do not meet teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal or Academic Incharge.

Prohibited Materials: Ensure your child does not bring inappropriate books, pictures, or materials. Any such items will be discarded in front of the student.

Birthday Protocol: Gifts are not permitted. Only simple treats for birthday distribution are allowed. From Class VI onward, students must wear school uniform even on their birthday.

No Midday Deliveries: Do not send lunch boxes or notebooks during school hours.

Proper Uniform Required: Ensure your child wears a clean, properly fitting school uniform. Oversized, undersized, or faded uniforms are not allowed. Shirts must be fully buttoned.

Dress and Grooming Code: Fancy watches, jewelry, belts, or accessories are not allowed. Students must not color, spike, or gel their hair, wear nail polish, tattoos, or henna designs.

Updated Contact Information: Keep the school informed about any changes in your address or phone numbers to ensure smooth communication.

Fruit Break: For junior classes, send one fruit daily for the designated fruit break.

No Mobile Phones: Students must not carry mobile phones. If found, the device will be confiscated and a heavy fine imposed.

Monitor Internet Use: Actively supervise your child’s internet activities. Keep computers in shared spaces. If your child uses email, it’s recommended to monitor the account and password for safety.

Balanced Growth: Encourage your child to maintain a healthy balance between academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.

Respect for Teachers: Avoid criticizing teachers in front of your child. It can negatively impact their attitude and learning.

Healthy Habits: Avoid giving pocket money regularly. Send nutritious, home-cooked food and ensure your child sleeps at least 8 hours a day.

Acknowledge Communication: Read and respond to school circulars promptly.

Leave Application: Use the “Leave Record” section in the diary to apply for leave or explain absences.

Diary is Essential: Students must bring their school diary every day. Those without it will miss three class periods.

No Gifts to Staff: Parents are kindly requested not to give gifts to teachers or non-teaching staff on any occasion.

No School on Off Days: Students are not allowed on campus during holidays or Saturdays unless they have written permission for practice or sessions, and must wear the school uniform.

Timely Pickup: Please ensure your child is picked up promptly after school. The school is not responsible for students remaining on campus after hours unless specifically called by a teacher with a written note.
